EASY Hardesty Up & Down

Ran Hardesty up & down after work. The focus was on going really easy but with good form: e3 grips, quick feet, whole foot and "knees out".

Felt really good! But I felt SLOW. I didn't care, but I thought I'd be slow as shit, as the HR was really low! It took a good halfway up to get the HR anywhere near 160, then I kept it 16x for the duration.

Split a 68:27 for only 154 HR! Pretty sweet.

Had an easy descent to be sure I was going whole foot and quick feet (43:xx)
