Comments:

Easy run in the rain, the West PRE loop. Ran real easy, trying to keep the HR in the legit 12xs. Felt pretty good and was shocked that the pace went into the 7s (on my long watch). Did x4 strides at the end, again with the "Nick Symmonds Stride" - 30-steppers with quick feet.
