AM Baldy repeats with CA

Comments:
Decided to do an early AM Baldy repeat session. The heat makes the AM the only option, and it's a good one.

Drove to a mile+ out from Baldy, and ran the bark to the base. Did three reps, with CA leading.

I had no HRM on, since my battery is dead, but they were CHILL ('til I led the second half of the last one). Splits:

11:03, 8:43
11:05, 8:36
10:49, 8:34

Big form focus, including opening the pelvis, as part of extending the hips. Otherwise also:

- tall + back arch
- chest forward
- limiting knee flexion
- "angled arms" - slight outward + backswing

Felt really good! I led the last half of the last one, making CA work a bit, but I felt really good. Fun, technical descents on the shaded MTB trail.
