Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran from the ManSpace for some "fun" hunt led by MrR. Long story short: Ran to the Westmoreland park for a "speed disc golf" session: quick throws with a single disc, then running to the next shot. I bet we did 8 holes (skipped on) in maybe 10min!
Had a lot of back and "hamstring" soreness today. Figured out a few things:
1. My right hamstring is coming from my back
2. I can't keep my trunk straight-on because my back is stiff and out of alignment.
3. I'm obviously SWIV-ing!
Damn. Worked on my back at the park. Now I know what I need to do...
