long, easy run to Dorris and back - right calf tight

EASY long run today.

Didn't feel very sore from the track session, but I wanted to do a long, easy "sub-MAF" run today, given the saw training this weekend.

My right calf's gotten more and more tight this week: I don't think it's a bad thing (likely it's from enhanced use), but it's been tough to find the soreness and work it out. As such, I didn't get it loose before the run...and it reared its head.

Ran EASY from the apt, through PREs, into Springfield, then all the way to Dorris, for a big loop, then a loop-back to get 15. The calf started to tighten on the way back, and it got really bad in the last mile.

Overall, I was pleased with the run, but I obviously have to be even more patient. Average HR was 126 and the pace was somewhere in the low 8s, which is solid for that low of a HR.

PM: yoga with CA, then beers, then dinner. Didn't go to bed nearly early enough.
