River Path 4x800

Weather: pretty warm, but not terrible

Comments:
Decided to sneak in a quick 4x800 workout over lunch. Warmed up and gradually ramped up to >150 - sort of a "grinder warm-up" to get acclimatized to the hard running...a new idea.

Ran 4x800 with 400m jog in between - using the markings on the path as distance.

They...weren't...great. SLOW. And pretty labored. Not sure how bad the pollen was, but...yeesh! Slow!

Yikes! High HR and slow. Terrible combo.

PM: had a pretty damn sore back. Ugh. I think I might STILL be Swivving!!!
