Comments:
I inked a membership with Oakway, because A.) they have a pool, B.) it's 400m from work and C.) we get a corporate discount of $25 a month!!!
Did some Paul Terranova-inspired pool work today:
- Deep water paddle
- Chest deep shallow run-in-pace
- Dumbbbell arm swings (emphasis on R forward+L back resistance)
- hip swings
- cadence work
Did 30min worth of work. Felt good, especially working on arm swing + trunk stab, and cadence!
