Weather: 60ish, OK

Comments:
Went for my first bonafide run since CLR. Pretty sluggish and high HR, but I wasn't sure how much was general fatigue versus remnants of the allergy shot.

Overall, most things are good:

- sleep is great
- day to day energy is good
- legs are pretty good (but tight - I haven't been stretching, and haven't been to yoga in 8 days)

But the HR is still really high...and that has to count for something.

Overall this run felt pretty sluggish and it was tough to keep the HR even *at* 130. Typically AM runs are like 120-lows. Ran the loop, then straight to yoga...
