Good day today. Didn't stretch very much in the AM, nor did I do very much strengthening. Woke up, ice-cupped hard, then took a warm shower to loosen it up. I also put on my achilles sleeve in order to keep it warm throughout the day. All of these things helped, I think, since it's been overstretching and being cold that have hindered the healing and caused setbacks.

Walked the same loop this Wednesday as last, except it went MUCH BETTER tonight. Felt it just a bit midway, then that discomfort went away for the rest of the walk, as well as during my lift and circuits. Even felt good after US (10min x 2 sites).

Ran a couple times crossing streets (about 30m each time). Fine. Need to stretch that out to about 7000m soon...
