Weather: high 50s, very calm
Comments:
Woke up at 0445 and at the track at 0540, a bit later than I hoped.
Slept OK last night but woke several times with both ASS and L calf cramps! WTF?
The workout today was Ks but a "fast (600m) recovery" to equal a mile. Went continuous for 3mi like this:
1:16, 36, 1:16(3:08), 2:20 = 5:28
1:16, 37, 1:17(3:10), 2:15 = 5:25
1:16, 37, 1:17(3:10), 2:09 = 5:19
Felt AWESOME. My legs didn't have great pop, but I felt VERY STRONG. Turned out to be a sweet way to do a "3-mile tempo"!
Did a 3-mi cooldown to call it a morning.
The plan is to RETURN to the track with Jeff after noon today! :s We'll see how that works...
