EASY lunch West PRE with CA + strides

Weather: 75-80, nice - not shitty air

Comments:
Didn't pool it today, since we did on Sunday. Went easy to PRE and once I got there, I ran into CA, so I slowed down and ran with her.

Big focus on "feet-knees-hips", but I kept forgetting about trunk alignment (not going L). ALSO, I'm WAY forgetting back being extended (e.g. not "old man back").

Ran easy like 9:40 miles around the pond, then did x6 strides. Felt OK. CA is fast at strides!!!
