Lunch run

Comments:
No run this AM - just too damn tired from yesterday. I had a long lunch, so I took advantage of it with a longer run.

However, it was both smokey AND super-hot, so I wound up running super-slow...but stil pushing HR:

7 miles, like 8:30 pace, AHR 131

Near the end it was nearly impossible to keep it under 140.

No activity in the PM - just too tired - not even weights.
