Yoga + easy downtown jog

Weather: 65, beautiful afternoon

Comments:
The idea was to bug out of town to camp up by the Three Sisters, but we simply ran out of time and didn't want to rush it. So, we went to yoga (one of Lindsay's class - our first in nearly THREE weeks!). It felt like shit was TEARING, I was so stiff!

After that, we shook things up by doing an easy jog downtown. Ran to Broadway and jogged down there to check out the "art walk". Yeesh, still TONS of transients downtown - so annoying. From there we kept running, past Mike's house, then to the Whit, past Ninkasi, and home. Felt pretty good. Tagged a Skinner Butte summit, per CA's request.

Both of us are little stressed right now: I'm a little worried about the run tomorrow, and in general all the stuff going on. CA, as it turns out, was REALLY stressed...including about the move-in. So we had a chat, she cried a bunch, and I tried to convince her that "ALL THE THINGS" are going to be OK!
