Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Back to morning runs. Felt pretty stiff and damn, it's dark, but it was a good run. A couple issues:
- left lateral toes "eaten up". Got damn athlete's foot at RWB camp! -_-
- some LBP. Still a little iffy past couple weeks
Ran a mile with CA, then off on my own. Despite the issues, the stride feels globally good and I'm speeding up! Still pretty rocked in the quads, but overall good energy and speed!!
Wore the NI Tri's again
