RWB camp runs

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Fun day at camp, Day 2.

Three runs, that I remember:

- AM (pre-breakfast) going over "Trail Safety"
- lunch-ish run - trail speed, involving some tempo-ish reps betwen 1 and 5 minutes. I had a really fun time teaching a few pointers to a handful of guys in my charge.
- PM run - NONE for me, as I was teaching run mechanics.

Fun day! BEAUTIFUL weather. A little hot and humid, but quite enjoyable!!
