Comments:
The usual PRE trails. Tired and clunky, still, but better than last night. Apparently 55mi at 7000' altitude on bike is NOT considered a rest day by my quads!

I was running short on time so I DIETED from the PRE hill; went straight home. Ate mini-spooners for "dessert" last night so I had to deuce twice on the run this AM. Annoying.
