Comments:
Good morning of work, then errands, galore: emails, got the vacuum fixed, then home. Didn't have a much time pre-yoga, so I brought some things along.

...then I realized I forgot my running shoes at work. So I jogged easy from the apt to work, then to Track City orthotics (getting CA new customs), but by then I had barely any time before yoga, so I tacked on a few miles, then jogged to yoga...

Felt pretty good today. Very easy, but pace was solid (<8).
