Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 40s, dry, "stagnant air"
Comments:
Pretty darn tired today, but I needed to lift. So rather than puss out after the run, I jogged to Oakway, first, and did two sets of:
- glutes
- abs
- deadlift
- push-ups
- pull down and or pull-ups
Then I ran. Running after that is a little sluggish, and triple-so after 29 miles and 7700'. But still felt pretty good. Ran SUPER easy, since I forgot my watch at home. Felt fine, but definitely "haggard".
PM: errands and random ass-dragging. Getting ready for a long weekend in NE Oregon!
