3x Baldy with CA

Comments:
Lucked out with a post-lunch cancel, giving me enough time for this Baldy session. Met CA down at the start point, then jogged easy the 1.x miles to the base. Did a little uptempo running beforehand, then launched into it.

The air was SHITTY today, WOW, so we knew they'd be slower and likely higher HR, but I still wanted to push hard. So like last time, I pushed out front, then added on a bit over the top to wait for CA.

Felt pretty strong, and was sure to not get out of control in breathing - AND to have to have good posture to avoid asthma stuff. Felt solid, but definitely worked.

CA had a great workout. She's coming around, quick! We sat at the top at the bench and the city below - especially downtown - was BLANKETED in smog! Nasty! But the rains are coming...

NO ankle soreness at all, never thought about it. Easy jog back to the truck.
