OFF running - ex bike

Comments:
The ankle was stiff and sore the rest of the day, but I chose not to touch it. THANKFULLY, Kelly got me in at 0700 to work on it: 30min on each calf and shin. Pretty tight everywhere!

Impressions: I've been OVER-DOING "Strong Foot", and essentially over-tensing it. A-GAIN! Damn it! My hyper-focus on keeping it strong and straight --> stiff. Because EVERYTHING is sore: peroneals (namely peroneal tendon is painful), Achilles(!) and post tib. Ugh.

It felt slightly better after the massage, but not much. So I biked for 55 minutes ... after another damn allergy shot. Rode the spin bike in the office...and did some good "runner arms", on and off! Good stuff.

PM: Yoga! Got out of work, early. Down dog was really sore.

Post-yoga and T&G, CA worked on my ankle (tugging on the talus and calcaneus, "working on my RAY of Mobility!"), but that didn't seem to help. Nor did some K-tape.

I don't think I've been shitty-landing...so a muscular "hyper-tension" seems to fit. Damn.

BAD timing. Gotta snuff this 100% out!
