Ex Bike Warm-up

Slept in a teeny bit, then had a leisurely breakfast, making sure the ankles were good and warmed up: streched and mob'd. CA then pulled on it, and I retaped it, and it felt pretty good.

The *idea* today was to get in some quality "grind mileage", then supplement volume with ex biking. So I drove to work and hopped on the ex bike prior to heading to the "Dillard Ridgeline Loop" (part of the Ridgeline System that BGD ran on during his hunt in August, '12). There's a rare "upper" and "lower" parallel segments on the Ridgeline trail - with some "gentle rollers" - making it ideal for doing loops.

Biked pretty easy - 115 AHR - while watching vids again. I've been watching several Hard Rock vids this week. I'm starting to get interested...
