Weather: 55F, a little breezy!

Up at 0450, yet, because of doing random shit, I didn't get to the track 'til 0545. Felt OK; not great, but decent, on the warm-up.

The workout was the same as last week. I felt so shitty yesterday AM I almost bagged it, but it turned out OK:

1:16, 37, 1:16(3:09), 2:11 = 5:20
1:17, 38, 1:17(3:12), 2:11 = 5:22
1:17, 38, 1:17(3:12), 2:07 = 5:18

Arms were tense, but otherwise I felt OK. Tired and no leg pop, but overall "tired strong". Fine.

Felt some L medial shin during the Ks and again on the cooldown, which freaked me out a bit. Turns out my medial shins are VERY SORE/knotty, so I stopped to do a bit of massage, which helped. Keep an eye on that...
