Got home and lifted and did circuits before disc. Tired and not too excited for the first night of disc league. Plus it was over 90F and windy! :|

Game was OK. I wasn't really up for it because of fatigue, condition, my damn knee AND the fact that my calf was damn near cramped/strained. Cripes. The game was way too long, too: 90 minutes! We had lots of subs (8 guys for 5 on-field positions), but that just dragged it out. I was watching the clock for the game to end like I was at work!

After the game the three of us went out to eat at Glenwood. Terrific omelette, so-so/decent french toast. Went straight to bed afterwards, but it was already 1030!

No running tomorrow d/t this fucking knee. Gonna run every other day tops 'til this heals. :|
