Noon two-miler on treadmill

Comments:
Foot felt GREAT today: like practically NO soreness. I STILL don't have my orthotics (in the mail), but I ran in my high-heeled mizunos.

Ran an easy 2-miler on the treadmill, focusing on foot strike and overall gait efficiency.

Since the time off, my stride feels LESS efficient: like I'm having trouble with the right leg push off + left leg hip drive...

Next to NO symptoms in the foot...

...but when I jogged over to Oakway (.2mi), it was sore.
