Slept REALLY well last night, likely because I put to rest the racing question: no go.

Foot was it's normal amount of soreness in the AM: not overly flared from last night, but not great. It was pretty good the rest of the day, and fine on the bike. Did 50 minutes, while reading some stuff online. Stretched the calves out afterward.

Had a busy night, which included a coaching meeting (two beers) with Mike at Sam Bonds, then home for dinner with CA, and CA and I went to see Lonesome Randall.

Foot was a little achy in the PM, but not bed.
