Annoying day. I've had this great little office in the back of the clinic - quiet, away from the hub-bub - but Christy told me today that "it needs to stay open" (e.g. not taken full-time) for as-needed patients who need more privacy. I now have to move to a smaller, shittier room up front.

Ugh. Annoying.

Foot was pretty sore today: sore in the AM, the variably sore all day. Once lunch came around, I got roped into a TON of annoying errands:

- cleaning out my desk in that old room
- writing an annoying letter (+ documentation) to my periodonist about the stupid $900 bill that I'm not supposed to have (insurance denied one of their charges for my gum surgery)
- mailing some other stuff.

By the time I got all that stupid stuff done, I had barely any time. Thankfully, I had a patient strength session at Oakway Gym across the street, so I went there early to lift on my own. Got in a good lift:

- glutes (bridges, short-long)
- abs
- push-ups
- bar squat! (only 70lb total cuz I know I'd be sore - and I WAS)
- ring pull-ups (decline)

PM: good weight session with this woman at Oakway then a fine PM of work. Got some studying done (a teeny bit) at night after dinner.
