Up reluctantly at 0510 and not out the door by 0605. Ate WAYYY too much fiber last night, as I DEUCE'd 3x before the run...then AGAIN on the run. Four DEUCES before 0700 is ridiculous.

Legs felt much better on this run and I was rolling from the get-go. However, not only was I short on time this AM, but I also had cramp-like sensations in my L lateral gastroc. Turns out it's trashed a bit from the 26er Saturday. Bummer. Very sore upon rolling s/p run. Might have to put off the PM 5 until after work...if at all.

Stressed out this morning...lot of planning and stupid shit to take care of for the next 2 weeks.
