Weather: sunny and humid

Comments:
Ran the first half of the run with Sam at 6:40 pace. He felt like crap so I sped the pace up on the way back. I used the last mile as a cooldown. Even so, my last 5.1 miles was in 30:50. My last 4.1 miles was at 5:48 pace and it felt pretty easy. I might have pushed a little cause my legs are trashed from six flags yesterday. My entire way back was in 36:04 (5:52 pace). This was probably a little much for an easy day but oh well.
