Weather: 65!
Comments:
Productive day: studied in the AM, then had a pretty good day of work.
Ran the "par run" of 2.x miles today, this time on the soft, clockwise 0.3-mile Oakmont Park bark loop, only 200m from the office. Did maybe 7 laps on that, then came back.
HEAVY focus on pelvis shifted slightly left (and trunk right - "following through" with the shoulder), then the generals:
- strong feet (namely toes 2-5)
- arched and forward
- nice heel recovery ("Salazar stride")
Foot felt a bit sore, but: FINE the rest of the day. Of note:
- iced right after running
- rested by sitting-studying an hour before the afternoon shift
REALLY sore from the box jumps: legs AND arms! lols
PM: worked 'til 5, then Jake and I went down to Running Co. We BS'd with nothing to do 'til 5:45, then helped out one guy, then home.
Studied a good hour+ 'til CA came home and made dinner. Productive day! She also worked on my heel, but it was hardly sore!
