Ice Skating! - Lane Ice - TONS of clockwise

Comments:
Went straight from the run to ice skating. I arrived about a half-hour past opening, and I was shocked that they were spontaneously skating clockwise! Score!

Skated for nearly 40 minutes...doing all but about 20 seconds, clockwise! Round-and-round-and round, focusing on:

- pelvis left
- trunk right
- right "skate level" (knee out, external rotation)

Then just trying to let the right skate "drift underneath me" (crossing-over) while turning right.

Over-and-over!

It was actually pretty fun, and...a little too intense. I had the HRM on and it was frequently 140-150+ (too high). But again, it's good trianing that in some respects trumps aerobic.

FUN stuff. Gosh, I really like it!

PM: bought meat at Provisions, home to eat (went basically 9 hrs and 75 minutes of exercise on three eggs and coffee-cream), showered, studied some more before CA got home. Chatted and ate with her, then we went for "anniversafritters"! 14 months today!

Closed it out with "Orange" on the couch. Good day!

Foot was fairly sore at night. Not terrible, but, like last night, "more tight than actually sore".
