Oakmont Park (some with CA) - terrible weather

February 18, 2016 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 40s, rainy, really windy

Comments:
Had an easy AM, and got out for the run before noon. It's been nice here so I didn't have a good jacket or hat. Got out there and was about two laps in when the conditions turned to shit: strong winds, hard rain, COLD. So I ran back to the office for another shirt, a neck buff, and SOCKS for my hands! After that ... the weather died down. Lols.

Ran the circles solo for a while, then CA showed up...and we ran some more. The foot felt GOOD this morning, so I pushed distance a bit. Ran with her, then ran back to work...4.5 miles!

PM: NOT very sore! Minimal at work, then - once I got off my feet (studying) it was "tight". I did not stretch the calf very much (big factor), so that may be part of what keeps it in that state.

"Tight but not sore" is like the other end of "Injury Bell Curve" (that I first experienced around 18-2x of December, before it got worse). So...it's ON THE WAY OUT!
