Up at 0500 after an eventful night: woke up with R calf (upper soleus) cramping. CRIPES!

Felt OK on the run, though, but just TRASHY. Good energy, but the legs are pretty messed up. REALLY glad I'm not doing that McKenzie 50K.

I need a massage, and I'm working on lining up one for this afternoon.
