Weather: cool but dry (for the time being)
Comments:
Weird day today: was supposed to have a TON of time to study, but I somehow blew it all, doing coaching stuff, calling my sis (40th birthday!), mailing her cards, and doing other stuff.
Ran at lunch, but did not lift. Foot was a bit sore during the day, a little hangover from the weekend.
Ran at noon, sharp, with Jake, going "Easy" at Oakmont, but "doing the right thing":
- forward and arched
- pawback
- strong right foot (straight ahead and back)
- pelvis left
equals elevated pace and HR!
Did a full 4 miles there, then did x5 strides in the parking lot, then back to work.
Had an annoying afternoon, which included staying a half-hour+ later at work than I wanted to...
Foot was a little sore in the afternoon...
