Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
ALmost didn't lift, but I'm glad I did:

5 sets of 5ish of:
- Squats (last 3 or 4 sets at 135)
- push-ups (x10)
- SLOW bent rows with 2x 35lb dumbbells

There was a guy in there, looked fairly fit, but not outrageous...doing like 4.5' box jumps! YEESH! SO athletic! Jealous

So then I did 3 sets of:

- 2ish' box jumps?
- sit-ups (with arms overhead, SLOW, x10)
- clamshell sideplanks (x10 per side)

Finished with a few sets of:

- single leg ziz-zag hops (x10)
- single leg back-and-forth lateral hops (x10)

LEFT way more "stupid" than the right. GOOD STUFF. Of course, ALL of it was with the strongest theraband around the knees! MAJOR glute burn!

Good lift, love the agility work. I've NEVER done explosive or agility work before!
