pre-run weights

April 5, 2016 (Night)

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Worked all day - did my damn TAXES over lunch -then got out of work a bit early. Did a lift in the normal, mirrored area of the gym:

4-5 sets of:
- bench (115 only)
- pullups (5)
- hip stuff with band

Yeesh, squats were hard AND I had trouble being truly equal: NOT shifting pelvis left-R knee in.

Then I did 3-4 sets of
- hinged reverse flys
- abs
- hopping (single leg crossover and forward)...

...then went straight to the hunt.

Also: NO LUNCH, no fuel afterward...
