easy + barefoot at UO with CA

Comments:
Easy with CA to SEHS for barefoot, but there was football practice going on, so we ran along to UO and did about 1-2mi of barefoot, before heading home.

The barefoot always feels a little disruptive the first couple laps, then AWESOME. Feels great to "wake up the feet". Major focus on balls of the feet, and "strong stride right" (hip lift, long stride, push off).
