easy to UO, SEHS (barefoot + 4x200), then home

Comments:
WAY too sore still to tempo, so I ran easy to UO for some barefoot work, only to find that they're all set up on the fields for NCAAs, so bupkis to that. Ran easy to SEHS, where I did two miles...then 4x200!

Ran em clockwise. The GPS watch is just stupid for clocking these...it's SO delayed and variable! I felt strong and didn't feel like I pushed too hard at all. "Splits" (maybe up to a second off!)

32.6, 32.9, 33.2, 33.1

Easy back home. Glad to be back to 200s! They felt efficient. Wore the new powder blue N1 roads.
