Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept bleh, then got up and ran. Was a little haggard from the nearly 16 yesterday, but stride felt fine.
Wore the old NB 1400s...and they must be dead. Legs felt great on 2.5-mile turf field segment, but once I got back in 'em to finish the run, my legs felt like ASS!
Dunno what this means, but the pace was SOLID for my HR. Middling miles:
