Crazy how cold it still is in the AM!

Slept...OK. Decided against 4x200 or a bigger workout since my back and hip (and overall stride integrity) wasn't great. I figured gradually dipping into fast running would be a better option.

Did the usual into Springfield - mostly rolling-slow trail outbound, then quicker road inbound

Felt a little stiff, yet, and actually had trouble getting the HR up! Splits (HR):

then easy home.

Rest of the day:

- frantically got ready
- went to Noisette for "I'm Leaving" pastries, dropping some off at both the Oak St and Oakway locations
- worked 9-12:30, frantically wrapping up stuff
- left at about 12:50. Said goodbye to Jeff, which was "brief". I thought we was going to give me "the picture" (more on that) but he didn't!
- picked up rental car
- packed up
- haircut
- hit the road for K-Falls to pick up Callie, who was on a work trip

Had a pretty long, but OK drive to South Reno to her uncles'. Got there just before midnight.

Good day. And...I'm DONE! SELF-EMPLOYED!!
