Comments:
Slow run out to gilman. Definitely can feel the extra weight I have on me. Felt good during some parts but others not so much. Dealing with some sore hip flexors so I took it slower than I could have. Just going to keep increasing the frequency of runs of this type, then build volume and then bring down the pace naturally.
