Weather: muggy as shit
Comments:
Ran a mile on the treadmill feeling pretty good. Then ran to gilman trail and back (1 mile each way). The mile there the right side of my right foot started to hurt a good amount as it sometimes has recently. I stopped and walked around for a couple of minutes and ran back. Strangely enough, my foot did not really hurt at all on the way back, which
I don't really understand. If this continues I'm going to see a sports doctor. Once I got back, I ran .3 miles on the treadmill and foot started hurting a bit so I backed off. Overall pretty strange run. I think I'm going to keep it every other day 3-5 miles for the time being. Continue to build aerobic fitness slowly while staying off any real injuries.
