Comments:
Ran 4 miles out to gilman, put in a couple of 3 minute half miles in the middle to work the cardio a bit more and see how I feel. Still had some intermittent pain that I stopped and stretched out for. Seemed to really help. Going to continue to try to minimize those number of necessary stops and then increase the distance.
