As usual, at about the 1.25 mile park, my foot was hurting again so I stopped for a couple of minutes to give it a rest. Once I got going the pain seemed to lessen a bit but still had to stop another time. On the way back on the last 2.5 miles I experienced very little pain in my foot and was feeling pretty good and ran a couple of 6:40 miles. Nothing blazing but it felt nice to get that slightly higher turnover feeling. Longest run so far so definitely only going 3 to 4 tomorrow.
