Comments:
Solo AM track workout. Decided on ROR Ks: pace for 400m, hard pickup 200m, then back to pace.
No grind mile warm-up, just easy to SEHS. From memory, I had to do these counter-clockwise due to traffic at the track. -_-
Splits (4-2-4)
80.0, 35.6, 85.6= 3:21.2!
80.5, 35.4, 82.0= 3:17.9
80.0, 36.3, 81.0= 3:17.3
Not great, but oh well.
