Comments:
Woke up reluctantly -- some more weird dreams of UWL CC and other stuff -- but got my shit together and drove to work to run from there. Left just after 615, thinking I'd run 8 and have 20min to shower.

Run went pretty well; pretty damn fast, I thought, as I was working on my form the whole time. Stiff and sore from the hike, but otherwise fine.

Got back to the car and looked at my watch: 7:25! F! Somehow my run took 59+min, so I must've added somewhere, or I was magically running slow as shit. So I had 5 minutes to (A) cool off, (B) walk the 2 blocks to work, (C) SHAVE, (D) SHOWER, (E) DRESS. Eek.

I did somehow manage, but it took my pt being 5 min late. EEk! Didn't get any brekky 'til about 10AM. Hydrated, though.
