RunHub "easy" run

October 5, 2016 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: threatening rain, but OK

Comments:
Stressful morning. Had a good morning session with a returning client (a guy I'd treated x2 in July, came back for something else, and I think we nailed it), then went home to breakfast with CA before she took off for her last major work trip of the year. *She* was super-stressed, which stressed me out more, on top of the myriad things in my "cash tornado".

After a couple snafus, she headed out, then I went back to work on my stuff. Got a decent amount done: mailed some bills, went to the bank, then went to Allan Bros for the afternoon.

Worked there 'til 5PM, then did the RunHub injury consult, which was slow except for one person, but some good hangouts and chats with Dustin.

Decided to do the run with RunHub. I don't generally enjoy these things, but simply getting out and *meeting people* is really important for my business development, so I stuck around and ran.

Ran for a bit with this quiet (kind of a weirdo) guy named Aaron on the "long" (<6mi) loop through PRE. But he floated away, then I ran with a guy named Heinrik, who just moved here from Hawaii a couple months ago. Real nice guy, and he likes trails, so we ran the whole thing together.

Felt so-so...actually not great at all. First, the HR was JACKED (shit in the air?) and I had "no water, way too much heavy cream" heartburn, which sucked. But other than that, the run was solid. Fairly sore from weights.

Ran with him, invited him to the Hunt (and gave him my business card -marketing!), then drove home.
