super-chilli "up-and-down" on Cummins Ridge

September 3, 2016 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Slept a TON in the topper at the Cummins Ridge TH, then essentially rolled out, had some tea, and went up the trail for an easy out-and-back. There were a couple cars there, and about 600m up the trail was a woman who looked to be doing a user survey. Be breezed past and kept on, easing our way up the mild-but-relentless Cummins Ridge climb under beautiful sunny-but-cool conditions.

CA led a super-chill pace (11s?) for a couple miles, then I took over to break some spider webs. Ran 2.5 miles out, then turned back.

From there, I opened things up a bit. I realized I hadn't done ANY vertical in a while, so I went a bit quicker - with good form-focus -
