Good day. In the AM, I assisted with the run drills, which was fun, but DAMN, it made me REALLY sore the next day!

Mid-AM and early PM our group did a couple focused runs. The theme: run a mile or so (or less), then stand around and chat about things. Good sharing amongst the "mentors"!
