Hunt Thursday Workout, Vol I!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: rain and shit, but...not bad, at the moment!

Comments:
First Hunt speed workout in a lonnng time...maybe 3 years? Decent group: me, CA, Lewis, Tommy and Evan.

CA and I got there a little late, so we only did just over a mile before getting into it. Simple 800 repeats today. Me, CA and Lewis ran the 8s, while Tommy and Evan ran 4s.

Felt OK, but a little slow. It was max-humid so the breathing felt a little asthmatic, and it was a bit windy. But more or less, I felt solid, albeit not too fast. I led each one, with Lewis somewhere in tow, and CA behind us.

Splits:

2:36, 2:38, 2:34, 2:33

Felt a little gassed by then, but CA wanted to do some 2s, so I ran one with her, and felt pretty good:

Did a mile-ish on the bark for cool-down.
