easy AM run + barefoot, then yoga

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, rainy, but not terrible at the moment

Comments:
Woke up early to run before yoga. Super-slow around Spencer to the turf field, where we both ran 1.5 miles or so barefoot. From there, we ran down to Rexius, to Charlemagne, then back to the house. Felt like ASS. Just really tired and sore.

Decent 9:15 yoga class with Lindsay, but again, still felt like crap. So after leaving, going to the hardware store (CA's building us a table!) and breakfast...I went back to bed! Slept for THREE hours!

Rest of the day:
- did a bit of work (marketing my Mobility class)
- had dinner
- had a "social" at Highlands -- fun to walk there, have a beer, and play foosball!
